Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Tow Truck in one of our service areas (Genesee, Oakland, or Lapeer County).
• Offer Roadside Assistance including Tire Changes, Lockouts, Jump Starts, etc.
• Effectively communicate with dispatchers and team.
• Accommodate customers with exceptional Customer Service.
