Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an experienced Chef Tournant to oversee an assigned kitchen section, cook to perfection, and collaborate with our culinary team to deliver memorable dishes for guests. You will learn from top culinary minds, set high standards, and lead a motivated team in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.

Requirements include at least 2 years of similar experience, a post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills.

You’ll also learn from some of the most imaginative food people in the industry. Most important, you’ll be responsible for setting standards: absolutely flawless experiences for both guests and staff, and an inspired, motivated and happy team.

Hourly Rate: $27.30

About you…
Passionate about food and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
