Job summary

Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina seeks a detail-oriented team member to support the Tournament Office in organizing our championship events, including the North & South Amateur Championships and other resort competitions.

You will assist in planning, coordinate communications, help set up events in Golf Genius, support volunteers and staff, and ensure a smooth operation during high-profile golf championships. PGA Golf Management education preferred.

Qualifications

• Attending a two year or four year College / University with an accredited PGA Golf Management program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of championships and events.
• Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Responsible for answering emails and phone calls that come through the main tournament line.
• Assist with setting events up in Golf Genius
• Attend all North & South planning meetings.
• Work with our Volunteer Chairs and Rules Executive Committee.
• Assist our volunteers during the North & South Amateur Championships.
