Responsibilities

• Secure facilities to rent for weekend tournaments.
• Recruiting teams to participate in our tournaments.
• Acting as the primary contact for teams and facilities.
• Scheduling of tournament games, referees, and staffing.

Job description

We’re seeking a proactive and dedicated Tournament Director to grow and lead all Sports Departments within the AC Sports Group. This is a full-time position focusing on building the AC Sports Brand across all platforms including but not limited to Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Soccer and Lacrosse. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our implementation strategy and growth strategy for AC Sports.

• Full-time, 40+ hours per week commitment.
