Job summary

Blue Man Group, part of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, is seeking an experienced Company Manager to lead the 2026 North American tour, overseeing day-to-day operations, the touring company of artists, technicians, and staff.

This senior on-site role focuses on people, process, and performance, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining strong relationships with presenters, promoters, and home offices. Travel is October–December 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in performing arts/touring.
• 5–7 years in live entertainment or touring management.
• HR, logistics and financial administration experience.
• Proven multi-disciplinary team leadership in touring.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel domestically Oct–Dec 2026; US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the touring company, supervise Production Manager and Production Stage Manager.
• HR on the road: hiring, onboarding, performance, and separations.
• Foster positive, inclusive culture and morale.
• Ensure adherence to employment agreements and policies.
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Oversee daily schedules, call times, and venue logistics.
• Advance tour details with venues.
• Enforce safety standards and incident reporting.
• Manage settlements with venues and reconcile finances.
• Liaise with presenters, promoters, and venues.
• Represent Blue Man Group brand with partners.
