Job summary

MSG Entertainment Corp. conducts daily public tours of the MSG Arena, delivering a world-class guest experience. Tour guides follow a detailed script, learn multiple routes, and coordinate with front of house and back of house teams to ensure safety, order, and high-energy presentations.

This part-time role requires strong public speaking, customer service focus, and memorization skills, with availability four days a week including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a tour-related or entertainment industry preferred.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills with customer service focus.
• Memorization and time management with energy in presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily public tours of MSG Arena in an orderly and safe fashion.
• Memorize a 20-25 page script and present clearly, concisely, and entertainingly.
• Memorize multiple tour routes and know front and back of house areas.
• Assist fellow tour guides with large groups as needed.
• Secure, return, and observe proper use of equipment during tours.
• Interact cordially with other departments and management.
• Keep abreast of company news and events.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Conduct a minimum of 2-3 tours per day.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members.
