We are seeking Sales Tour Guides who have a passion for selling dreams and living them! In this role, you will meet face-to-face with customers brought in by our Marketing Department. There is no cold-calling or out-of-pocket expense required by you.

We look for career-minded, diverse professionals who share our goal-oriented mindset and positive attitude in a high-energy environment. Your role will involve establishing rapport and articulating the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at our state-of-the-art sales centers located at our resorts.
• Build rapport with prospective and current owners, communicate benefits, and support sales efforts.
• Prequalified leads are provided by the company.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Present and deliver tour guide presentations adhering to company policies and standards.
• Attend training, stay updated on industry trends, and review performance goals regularly.
• Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co., linking product benefits to customer goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-energy environment.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CA Real Estate License within 6 months of hire.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional.
• Active listening skills and ability to achieve minimum performance standards.
• Proficient in general computer skills and working with tablets/smart devices.
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
• Team player with the ability to overcome objections within a short sales cycle.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate is $16.50. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, life and accident coverage, disability, and more. Some benefits may vary for temporary or seasonal associates.
