What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of a college-level program in physical therapy or occupational therapy, or an accredited two-year program for a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social service or healthcare field
- Current active, valid, and unrestricted license or certification as a physical therapist assistant or occupational therapist assistant in the applicable state
- Bilingual Spanish required
