We are looking for a full-time Tour Coordinator to support our growing touring department.

Qualifications

  • Provide high level customer service and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks related to client travel in the touring department.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to communications and inquiries.
  • Process enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with quality documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks related to the management of client travel requirements within touring department.
  • Handle delegated tasks within the given timeframe and respond proactively and accurately.
  • Process bookings for air, rail, hotel and other ancillary reservations to meet client expectations.
  • Build knowledge of fares, negotiated fares, ticketing and reissues.
  • Log client and supplier favors and report errors or complaints for resolution.
  • Create and update movement and flight sheets and follow touring procedures.
  • Assist in training of new staff at assistant level.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, delivering high standards of service.
  • Negotiate best rates from suppliers to maximize savings and profitability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Tour Coordinator Overview

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Tour Coordinator who can support our growing touring department. As a Tour Coordinator, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide high level customer service and coordinate variety of administrative tasks related to the management of client travel requirements within touring department.
  • Handle all delegated tasks within the given timeframe, ensure thorough understanding of given tasks and respond to all communications and correspondence proactively, promptly, efficiently and accurately.
  • Process administrative tasks related to enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation. Ensure bookings related to air, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of fares, negotiated contracted fares, ticketing and reissues.
  • Provide support in logging client and supplier favors and reporting and investigating errors or client complaints to seek satisfactory resolution.

  • Assists in training of new staff at assistant level.
  • Maintain good client and supplier relationships and retain accounts and agreements, ensuring the highest standards and levels of service are delivered at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each client.
