Rocket EMS is seeking a Touch-Up / Rework Technician to diagnose, repair, and rework PCBAs and mechanical assemblies. Strong soldering skills, documentation interpretation, and precision repair using hand tools and equipment are essential.
You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure workmanship and IPC compliance, while maintaining ESD protocols in a manufacturing environment. Pay range shown below.
The Touch-Up / Rework Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and reworking printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and mechanical assemblies that do not meet quality standards. This position requires strong soldering skills, the ability to interpret engineering documentation, and experience performing precision repairs on electronic assemblies using hand tools and specialized equipment.
The technician will work closely with Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure products meet workmanship standards, IPC requirements, and customer specifications.
This position operates in a manufacturing environment handling electronic assemblies and requires adherence to ESD and safety protocols.
Pay Range
$26 - $30 USD
