Randstad is seeking a Totani Operator to lead high-speed pouch production on our Totani lines. You will own setup, changeovers, calibration and ensure bags meet specs.

Qualifications

• Totani expertise: 3+ years operating Totani pouch lines.
• Mechanical know-how: heat, tension, speed, and pressure interaction.
• Detail-oriented with color vision to spot issues.
• Math & tech: reading tickets and ERP data entry.
• Physical stamina: stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, start up and adjust high-speed Totani pouch machines per job specs.
• Perform visual, dimensional and seal integrity checks and adjust to prevent defects.
• Optimize setup, change-overs, and clean-up times while minimizing scrap.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and daily preventive maintenance on Totani lines.
• Read work orders and log totals into ERP software (e.g., Label Traxx).
• Direct and train crew, enforce safety protocols and PPE.
