ProAmpac is seeking a Converting Operator to set up and operate converting bag machines, ensuring product quality and timely production. You will handle roll stock, form bags, seal edges, and prepare shipments while maintaining food safety and 5S standards. Strong teamwork and precision are essential.

Responsibilities include machine setup, waste reduction, and routine quality checks; training on Totani machines may be provided. This is a full-time role based in Spartanburg, SC.
