Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, specs, and production documents.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to perform duties across multiple production tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bag-making machines per specifications and orders.
• Verify setup with Quality Control before production begins.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Weigh and record production waste at end of orders/shifts.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical troubleshooting on equipment.
