Job summary

Ohio's Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Compensation/Rewards Manager to design and manage employee compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

The role focuses on competitive salary ranges, incentive programs, bonuses, and pay practices aligned with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. The position is full-time and on-site in Centerville, OH, with typical Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Two years of compensation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and market benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and evaluate compensation programs.
• Benchmark positions with market surveys to set salary ranges.
• Maintain salary grades and structures; update as needed.
• Prepare salary recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers.
• Process compensation changes in the HRIS.
• Audit job titles and codes in the HRIS.
• Develop job descriptions and classify positions accurately.
• Assist with merit increases, incentives, and bonuses.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders on compensation projects.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement for Ohio's Hospice.
• Serve as a preceptor for new team members.
