Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton is seeking a Compensation/Rewards Manager to design and oversee employee pay programs in a patient‑centered environment. The role ensures competitive pay structures and compliant practices, partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

The on-site position in Centerville, OH, follows a Monday–Friday schedule and supports continuous improvement across the organization’s total rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two years of compensation analyst or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and market benchmarking.
• Understanding of job evaluation and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and evaluate compensation programs.
• Benchmark positions using market data and salary ranges.
• Maintain salary grades and structures.
• Prepare salary recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers.
• Process compensation changes in the HRIS.
• Maintain job titles, codes, and position data in the HRIS.
• Develop and update job descriptions and classifications.
• Assist with merit increases, incentives, and bonuses.
