Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or related work experience required.
• 3+ years of Total Rewards, compensation, and/or benefits experience preferred.
• Experience administering compensation, benefits, and HR data audits.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs, including salary changes and promotions.
• Manage benefits programs, including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Maintain confidential HR data and perform audits and reporting.
• Provide Total Rewards guidance to internal customers and vendors.
• Support reporting and analytics for compensation and benefits.
