Employee Experience Administrator

Full-time ICP Support Honolulu, HI, US

Salary Range: $47,017.00 To $62,956.00 Annually

Position Function:

Supports the design, implementation, coordination, and measurement of employee experience, employee engagement, recognition, culture, and change management initiatives across the organization. This position serves as a key program management resource for the Chief Happiness Officer by helping administer employee engagement programs, coordinating employee experience initiatives, supporting organizational communications, and providing reporting, analytics, and operational support that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a “Voyaging Spirit” and being “Positively Ohana”. Exhibits core competencies that result in consistent delivery of positive Customer Interactions, Empowerment and Ownership and demonstrates key professional and performance skills such as Active Listening, effective Oral and Written Communication, Action and Solution Oriented and Thoroughness.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Employee Experience & Engagement Programs
    • Support administration of employee engagement surveys and employee listening initiatives.
    • Coordinate survey communications, timelines, participation tracking, and follow-up activities.
    • Compile and analyze engagement data, trends, and employee feedback.
    • Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and leadership insights.
    • Support leaders in developing and tracking engagement action plans.
    • Assist with employee recognition, employee experience, and culture initiatives.
  • Change Management & Communications
    • Coordinate change management activities associated with organizational initiatives.
    • Assist with communication planning, employee readiness activities, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
    • Draft and distribute communication materials supporting employee experience and organizational change initiatives.
    • Maintain project plans, communication calendars, milestones, and status updates.
    • Monitor participation, adoption, and employee feedback related to change initiatives..
  • Employee Activities, Recognition & Culture Programs
    • Coordinate employee activities, events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
    • Manage logistics, vendors, schedules, communications, and event materials.
    • Maintain annual employee experience and recognition calendars.
    • Collect participation metrics and feedback to improve future programs and events.
  • Reporting, Project Coordination & Administration
    • Maintain reporting tools, project trackers, documentation, and program records.
    • Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
    • Support presentations, program updates, and recurring reporting.
    • Provide operational support for broader HR initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalencyrequired.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferably in a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of HR, employee experience or related work experience required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.
  • Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions.
  • Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents.
  • Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time. Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.
