Job summary

Koroseal Interior Products in Medina, OH, seeks a Total Rewards & Payroll Specialist to lead payroll, benefits, HR systems, and total rewards programs, ensuring accurate processing and an engaging employee experience.

You will administer Paylocity, manage multi-state payroll, support audits, and partner with vendors to optimize compensation, benefits, and analytics across the organization.

This on-site role reports to HR Manager and offers growth through evolving HR technology and people programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll, benefits, total rewards, or HR operations experience.
• Experience administering multi-state and international payroll.
• Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, benefits administration, and employment laws.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Process and audit U.S. and Canadian payroll accurately and timely; ensure regulatory compliance; manage audits and year-end activities; respond to inquiries; develop procedures and controls.
• Benefits Administration: Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness; manage enrollments and changes; reconcile invoices; coordinate annual open enrollment.
• HRIS Administration: Primary Paylocity administrator; configure workflows, reporting, and data integrity; drive process improvements and automation.
• Compensation & Total Rewards: Support compensation analysis, merits, bonuses, and reviews; develop employee communications.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate payroll, benefits, workforce, and compliance reports; support audits; provide insights to leadership.
• Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
