Qualifications

• 3+ years of Paylocity systems administration
• Hands-on troubleshooting and HRIS optimization
• Knowledge of information security practices for HR data

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Paylocity HRIS ensuring integrity, performance, and security
• Own system configuration, updates, and enhancements for evolving HR processes
• Develop and implement automation to streamline payroll and HR workflows
• Support HRIS implementation projects including third-party RESTful integrations
• Administer supporting architecture, virtualization, and storage management
• Conduct system tuning and performance optimization and recommend improvements
• Manage Active Directory environments, user access, and security protocols
• Troubleshoot issues across architecture, software, and networking to resolution
• Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data integrity
• Collaborate cross-functionally on systems, architecture, and configuration management
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations and procedures
