Job summary

SCN BestCo, a leading vitamin and supplement developer, is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, wellness, and HRIS across multiple sites. You will design and implement retirement and welfare programs, manage annual enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining HRIS data, performing salary benchmarking, and presenting to executives. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with vendors are required for successful Total Rewards management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
• 5 years’ professional employee benefits administration experience including system configuration and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of retirement and welfare plans and regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA) and COBRA; oversee annual open enrollment.
• Lead wellness initiatives and engagement activities with vendors and staff.
• Develop and maintain compensation, salary structures, and job descriptions; support benchmarking and salary surveys.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports, and support audits; troubleshoot issues with UKG.
• Coordinate with carriers on leave of absences and benefits deductions; prepare management-level presentations.
• Travel ~10% to support Total Rewards activities at sites.
