You will guide market benchmarking, incentive plans, and reward strategy to attract and retain top tech talent.

The role requires 10+ years in total rewards within tech startups, with deep expertise in equity and benefits, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading total rewards in technology startups, across compensation, benefits, equity and perks.
• Experience managing equity/stock-based compensation programs.
• Proven ability to assess market trends and recommend innovative changes to stay ahead.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into action.
• Excellent cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Designs, oversees and optimizes compensation structures, benchmarking, incentive plans and equity programs.
• Leads market data analytics to inform rewards strategy for competitive packages.
• Evaluates trends and feedback to update compensation, benefits, equity, and perks.
• Oversees benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leadership to attract, retain and motivate employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and governance for total rewards programs.
• Drive communication and change management related to total rewards initiatives.
