Job summary

Endologix LLC, a Rhevera Medical company, is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead the design and management of compensation and benefits programs across the enterprise.

In this remote US role, you will partner with the CHRO, CFO, and executive leadership to ensure competitive, compliant total rewards offerings, oversee equity and 401(k), and drive annual compensation cycles with a focus on governance and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive compensation and benefits experience.
• Three to five years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with a Compensation Committee of the Board.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead compensation philosophy, structure and administration.
• Develop salary structures and benchmark against market data.
• Lead annual compensation planning, merit, bonus and equity processes.
• Oversee benefits programs and annual renewals.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, FLSA, HIPAA, and Equal Pay laws.
