Job summary

IGT is seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Compliance Specialist to harmonize compensation, benefits, and labor/regulatory compliance across legacy IGT and Everi during a critical phase of integration. This hybrid role is based at either the Las Vegas or Reno offices and runs through December 2026, with a potential extension.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Total Rewards, compensation, and/or benefits with policy design and analysis.
• Experience developing compliant compensation, benefits, and labor policies at state, federal, and global levels.

Responsibilities

• Build policy inventory across legacy IGT and Everi and flag gaps for the combined company.
• Compare and reconcile legacy structures, salary ranges, incentives, time off, and benefit programs.
• Load compensation, benefits, and compliance documents into AI tools and validate outputs for accuracy, pay equity, and legal soundness.
• Design harmonized policies for job architecture, pay bands, bonus/commission, and benefits approach.
• Map compliance: wage-and-hour, pay transparency, ACA/ERISA, and CBA considerations.
• Support benefits decisions in partnership with brokers and vendors.
• Drive alignment with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders; socialize recommendations and secure sign-off.
• Roll out policies with manager guidance and employee communications; track adoption to completion.
