Job summary

You will conduct job analyses, develop job descriptions, support annual compensation cycles, and advise management on market-based pay strategies. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in compensation are required; bilingual English/Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• At least two years of work experience related to salary administration and job evaluation.
• Experience in design and evaluation of short- and long-term compensation and incentive plans.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to format/analyze spreadsheets.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for job design, classification, and salary analysis.
• Conduct salary analyses for internal and external candidates, aligning with market data.
• Develop job descriptions using specialized tools and perform job analyses.
• Research and analyze competitive compensation practices and market studies.
• Assist in annual compensation cycles including promotions, bonuses, and incentives.
