Job summary

Adena Health System is seeking a Benefits Manager for ARMC (Day) FT in Chillicothe to lead health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave management. You will partner with HR leadership to deliver compliant, caregiver-centered programs and optimize total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• De-escalation training within 6 months; CEBS/CBP/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR-SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of health and welfare benefit programs.
• Oversee retirement programs (403(b), 457(b), etc.) and ERISA compliance.
• Manage leave of absence programs and well-being initiatives.
• Develop policies, communications, and educational materials.
• Analyze market data and caregiver feedback to enhance programs.
• Partner with leaders to deliver competitive total rewards strategies.
