This role emphasizes customer advocacy, coordination, and follow-through across multiple locations and collision staff, adjusters, lenders, and service teams.

• Help customers understand insurance-related next steps using approved guidance.
• Coordinate with collision staff, adjusters, lenders, and other contacts.
• Track documents, rental deadlines, and next actions.
• Understand customer transportation needs and replacement timing.
• Introduce customers to the appropriate dealership professional.
• Ensure handoffs are completed and commitments followed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, permissions, case status, and outcomes.
• Follow up through vehicle delivery or another documented resolution.
