Responsibilities

• Operate tortilla machines (mixers, sheeters, ovens, cutters) for consistent quality.
• Manage dough to finished product from mixing to packaging.
• Maintain inventory of masa harina, water, salt, oil.
• Enforce food safety/sanitation, keep area clean.
• Troubleshoot equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Record production data and batch details.
• Communicate issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with other tasks as needed (cleaning, stocking).
