• Mix masa for tortilla products.
• Manufacture and package tortillas and snack items like toasted tortilla chips and duros.
• Ensure all facilities meet food safety and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stock levels to ensure production.
• Merchandise tortilleria products on shelves and displays.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Follow proper product preparation, roasting and merchandising procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly, including production areas.
