Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet Guests promptly.
• Follow company standards for portion sizes, cooking methods and quality.
• Portion and cook food according to standard recipes and instructions.
• Notify Supervisor of shortages or unsafe conditions.
• Operate kitchen appliances in a sanitary and safe manner.
• Return dirty utensils to proper areas and store items properly.
• Fulfill and deliver detailed guest and staff orders accurately.
• Attend employee meetings and support team with suggestions.
• Fill in for absent staff as needed and assist in off-peak food prep.
• Open/close the restaurant duties and perform side tasks as required.
