Job summary

HYTORC is seeking a Tool Repair Technician to service our Pneumatic and Electro-Mechanical Torque Multiplier tools. You will diagnose, repair, test, and calibrate tools in a shop environment, ensuring proper form, fit and function.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience, own basic tools, and the ability to work safely with protective equipment. You will collaborate with sales, service teams and customers to meet daily repair needs while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

At least 2 years repairing tools/equipment.
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment.
Own basic tools required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain torque tools and equipment.
Pretest pneumatic and electric tools for form, fit, function.
Troubleshoot, tear down, repair, reassemble and calibrate torque tools.
Collaborate with sales, service teams, engineers and customers to meet repair needs.
Check safety decals and maintain maintenance records.
Assist in training customers on operation and maintenance.
Demonstrate strong customer service in daily activities.
