The Moore in Miami is seeking a Server Assistant to join our renowned fine dining team. You will help maintain flawless service, support Captains, and ensure tables are clean, stocked, and prepared for guests in a fast-paced, Michelin-level environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of fine dining experience, superb attention to detail, and strong communication. This role requires legal eligibility to work in the United States and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support Captains in delivering world-class service, maintaining attentiveness and discretion at all times.
• Execute water and beverage service, tableside presentations, clearing and resetting, and other service touchpoints with grace and efficiency.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations throughout service and as sidework requires.
• Communicate effectively with team members and remain in sync with the pacing and needs of each table.

The Server Assistant supports Captains and management team by efficiently cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and promptly addressing guest needs.
