Qualifications

• Mid-level labor & employment litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and move matters forward.
• Prior employer-side employment defense experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Respond to administrative agency charges (EEOC, DFEH/CRD, DLSE).
• Develop case strategy alongside partners and senior attorneys.
• Communicate directly with clients on active matters.
