Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join a team delivering transformation for a cabinet-level federal agency. You will collaborate with senior level clients to shape strategy, execute programs, and manage communications, operations, and stakeholder engagement.

You will analyze complex business needs, translate them into actionable deliverables, and support program management including reporting and resource planning, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience and ability to lead or contribute to workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate customer needs into deliverables.
• Experience creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (one-pagers, slicksheets).
• Experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to engender alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting program management initiatives, including reporting, financial and resource management.
• Experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs.
