Job summary

M.C. Dean in Charleston, SC, seeks a System Administrator 2 for the Security and Electronic Systems unit. You will monitor, maintain, and test Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM and integrated electronic systems at a single on-site location.

The role requires DoD security readiness, Top Secret clearance, and 2+ years of IT with a BS or 6+ years with an HS diploma; you will work nights and weekends as needed and coordinate with customers, vendors, and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and test Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM and Integrated Electronic Systems
• Triage and resolve system issues to meet SLAs
• Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, vendors and technicians
• Train system users and support personnel
• Document system performance and maintenance activities
• Perform desktop hardware and OS setup and antivirus updates
