Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering from requirements to design, while supporting SAFe/agile execution with the Product Owner for sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning with government stakeholders.

The role emphasizes technical integrity of work and deliverables, collaboration with government and senior executives, and guidance for systems engineering plans, test plans, and documentation in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience coordinating SAFe/agile ceremonies with Product Owner.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop system specifications.
• Ability to guide design and development activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop technical and system architecture documentation.
• Support system engineering management plans and test plans.
• Interact with Government stakeholders regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner in SAFe ceremonies and PI planning.
