Job summary

ASR International Corporation seeks a Site Security Manager to support the renovation and accreditation of Building 3291 at Naval Base San Diego. You will lead CSP development, conduct design reviews, and oversee daily security monitoring for SCIF/SAPF facilities on a full-time, on-site basis.

Required TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in security related to SCIF/SAPF construction, and ICD-705 project experience. The role demands coordination with CSTs and adherence to accreditation timetables.

Qualifications

• Active/adjudicated TS/SCI clearance required.
• focus on TS/SCI verification via FSO letter or equivalent.
• ≥10 years security experience related to SCIF/SAPF construction and related fields.
• ≥5 years ICD-705 construction project experience (CST/SSC/SSM) or as SSO.
• Experience on ≥3 ICD-705 projects.
• Knowledge of 16 standard construction divisions and listening devices used by foreign intel services.
• Bachelor’s degree in security/intelligence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the Construction Security Plan (CSP).
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and prepare required checklists.
• Oversee daily construction security monitoring and documentation.
• Coordinate uncleared labor with U.S.-cleared CSTs and enforce access control.
• Log and report security anomalies within three business days.
• Support testing and compile the final accreditation package.
• Operate/security equipment (X-ray, NLJD, detectors, badging, biometrics).
• Maintain digital documentation for Government turnover.
