Job summary

Cape Fox subsidiary Saxman One, LLC is seeking a Site Security Manager to support a federal government client in San Diego. This role oversees facility security programs, access control, and alignment with DoD security directives for SCIF/SAPF accreditation throughout the contract.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in security or intelligence, 10+ years of security experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with ICD/ICS-705 experience to coordinate with AO/SSO and program managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least ten years of security experience related to SCIF/SAPF construction.
• At least five years on ICD-705 construction projects or as Physical Security SSO.
• Familiar with ICD/ICS-705 and related DoD directives.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop AO approval documents for SCIF/SAPF facilities.
• Prepare ICD/ICS 705 tech specs and pre-construction checklists.
• Develop the Construction Security Plan and coordinate approvals throughout the contract.
• Lead design reviews from a security perspective.
• Conduct risk assessments as directed by the AO/CGPM or CGSSO/SSO.
• Maintain site access controls and accreditation files.
• Oversee CST/CAG/SSO records for accreditation.
