Job summary

Dutch Ridge Consulting Group, LLC seeks an Operations Analyst to support company operations in Houston, TX on-site five days a week. The role emphasizes administrative and records-management duties in a fast-paced government-focused environment.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating meetings and travel, maintaining calendars and databases, and ensuring policy-compliant documentation, with an active TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top-Secret / SCI clearance.
• High school diploma and three (3) years of general office experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or relevant training may be substituted for experience.
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, customize, and maintain presentations, briefing charts, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Review and modify correspondence for internal consistency and conformance.
• Maintain and update the calendar of management within the assigned Units using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Coordinate and support meetings and events, including travel, accommodations, and funds collection.
