Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking an Army Admin/Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to senior government officials at The Pentagon, Arlington, VA. This on-site role requires an active SECRET clearance and strong MS Office, SharePoint and DTS experience.

The candidate will handle travel documents, executive communication, and logistics while supporting political appointees and high-ranking officers.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior Government Officials.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience preparing travel documents and managing authorizations in DTS.
• Strong writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of Army Secretariat procedures and executive support protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior Government Officials.
• Coordinate taskings, logistics, and travel documents using DTS and CATMS.
• Draft and edit executive correspondence and briefing materials.
• Maintain organized records and communicate effectively with political appointees and SES or Flag Officers.
