Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research/Strategic Systems Analyst to support mission-critical government initiatives in Huntsville, AL. This onsite role requires a TS clearance and a commitment to delivering high-impact analytical solutions.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with contract and security standards while contributing to process improvements and performance gains.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance required.
Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in operations research, statistics, decision analysis, M&S, and quantitative methods.
Minimum 8 years of experience with a related bachelor's degree.
