The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Jira administration within the Department of Defense environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Jira administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows and advanced configuration.
• 3+ years experience in DoD defensive cyber operations or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain multiple Jira instances.
• Configure workflows and permission schemes aligned with DoD protocols.
• Provide tier 2/3 technical support for Jira-related issues.
