Job summary

N2IA Technologies is seeking a JIRA Administrator to support a DoD-related program, focusing on a federated data ecosystem, real-time information sharing, and analytics through Jira optimization. The position requires a DoD Secret Clearance, hybrid work, and presence in the DMV area for in-person meetings. Strong Agile experience and Jira expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration.
• 3+ years of experience administering Jira.
• 5+ years of experience working in Scrum and/or Agile environments.
• Experience with enterprise-level Jira implementations and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and managing JIRA workflows.
• Experience managing issue tracking systems and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in JIRA administration, including workflow development and permission management.
• Experience integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and SLA monitoring is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, projects, and issue tracking systems.
• Manage and optimize JIRA configurations to meet business and technical requirements.
• Integrate JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, and other DevOps tools.
• Support Agile methodologies and related project management practices.
