Inflow is a national security services firm serving DoD and other agencies. This role supports government and military stakeholders through data-driven process improvement and analytics within Fairfax County, Virginia.

Candidates must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a CI polygraph. The analyst will develop metrics, perform statistical analyses, manage records of visualization requests, and map business processes.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
Willing to take/pass CI polygraph examination.
Bachelor’s degree in a related area from accredited institution.
Experience requirements: 8+ years with recent work in DoD/IC intelligence.

Responsabilités

Provide process improvement support to government and military stakeholders.
Develop, refine, and monitor metrics to identify improvements.
Conduct statistical analysis of production, performance, and usage of services/products.
Perform record keeping to track visualization requests, formatting, and dissemination.
Lead ad hoc and recurring business analytics, including process mapping and stakeholder surveys.
Other duties as assigned.
