Job summary

Dover Networks LLC seeks an embedded software engineer for mission-focused projects. You will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to deliver mission-centric results, working with analysts, operators, data scientists and fellow engineers.

The role demands a strong background in C/C++/Python, experience with Linux/Windows/embedded systems, and the ability to support fielded software while learning new technologies to meet evolving challenges. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing CNO-specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded environments.
• Reverse engineering experience, preferably with Ghidra.
• Proficiency in C/C++/Python software development.
• Ability to support fielded software systems.
• Familiar with Git and Subversion; comfortable with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Willing to learn new technologies to meet mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Augment existing toolsets to support mission goals.
• Derive, document, and analyze requirements for projects.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission needs.
• Produce end-to-end toolsets adhering to mission constraints.
• Collaborate with customer leadership to improve mission success.
