Qualifications

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BEng/BArch) required; 4 years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree.
• 5 or more years of experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or facilities management.
• In-depth knowledge of US Government SCIF construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage project phases: initiation, acquisition, design, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage contracts and procurement.
• Conduct inspections, oversee contractor work, and manage project budgets.
• Perform post-occupancy evaluations and document all project data.
