Job summary

Advantage SCI seeks personnel security staff to support a federal agency program in the Washington, DC area. This emergency response role may require deployment to an Emergency Relocation Site for exercises or incidents, typically spanning one to two days every other year.

Responsibilities include processing e-QIP, reviewing SF-85/SF-86, creating Security Files, and handling background checks and fingerprints using NBIS and related systems.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Top Secret clearance and US citizenship.
• Minimum One year personnel security experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and accurately.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct e-QIP operations for government and contractor personnel.
• Review security clearance documentation (SF-85s, SF-86s).
• Create and maintain Personnel Security Files.
• Process background checks and fingerprinting (3M Cogent or equivalent).
• Work with NBIS System and USAccess HSPD-12 processes.
