Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of relative experience
• US Citizenship is required
• Active US Government Top Secret security clearance is required
• Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time
• Demonstrated ability to create models of complex systems with traceability
• Experience in Systems Engineering Life Cycle and MBSE standards

Responsibilities

• Develop MBSE models and architecture frameworks across lifecycle
• Collaborate with technical leads to understand program intent and outputs
• Integrate multi-disciplinary teams to translate requirements into MBSE artifacts
• Provide recommendations to optimize system performance and ensure compliance
• Support architecture models and configuration management
• Interface with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Participate in Agile development and iteration planning
