Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to join our team supporting a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on developing and managing the organization’s policy framework, coordinating policies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements across diverse areas.

You will work with senior leadership and multiple departments to create, review, and maintain policy documents, manage the policy library, and provide operational support, including handling data

Qualifications

  • Ten years of directly related experience in U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence or similar fields.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with word processing and desktop publishing suites, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
  • Selection may be conditioned upon counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
  • Must have an active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance.

Senior Program Management Analyst

PotomacWave is looking for a Senior Program Management Analyst to join our team supporting a Federal client in Washington, DC. This position functions as an intelligence program management support specialist.

The Program Management Analyst will be integral to the development and management of the organization's comprehensive policy framework. This role involves contributing to the creation, review, and coordination of critical organizational policies, working closely with various departments and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure policy alignment, accessibility, and compliance across a diverse range of subject areas.

Responsibilities
  • Policy Development & Coordination: Facilitate the drafting, review, and approval process for organizational policies and guidance documents, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts and senior leadership, to gather input, build consensus, and drive policy initiatives.
  • Policy Library Management: Maintain and enhance the organization's policy repository, ensuring documents are current, accessible, and user-friendly, and support the overall policy lifecycle.
  • Operational Support: Provide essential support for policy-related processes, including managing data calls, responding to information requests, and contributing to ongoing policy system improvements.
Qualifications
  • Have ten (10) years of directly related experience performing administrative support functions specialized within the U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence, military, law enforcement, or similar communities.
  • Be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have experience in word processing and desktop publishing application software and hardware, including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a business-related field required.
  • The selection of an individual for this position may be conditioned upon his or her successful completion of a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
  • Must have an active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance.

Salary range $80,000 - $100,000
