Job description

Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Washington D.C

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret required (TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain SCI)

U.S. Citizenship required: This position requires an active or the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as mandated by government contract

Position Overview

OMNI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the stand-up and execution of a new customer program. This individual will serve as the single point of accountability for contractor performance, deliverable quality, and schedule adherence, while acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and customer leadership. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage complex program requirements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the stand-up and ongoing management of a new customer program, ensuring all requirements are met from initiation through execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for team performance, deliverables, and schedule adherence.
  • Act as the customer’s representative in executive-level meetings and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, briefings, meeting summaries, and management presentations.
  • Manage team schedules, outbound communications, and program documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant hard and soft copy filing systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline operations and eliminate redundancies.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure program success and compliance with requirements.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of internal and public-facing website content in coordination with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing teams and supporting complex program requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience standing up and managing programs to established deliverable standards.
  • 8+ years of experience working with senior executives and serving as a liaison between stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement, performance management, and operational efficiency.
  • 7+ years of experience drafting complex correspondence, reports, briefings, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service through team leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining comprehensive program records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain SCI.
