Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and serves as the point of contact for NAD projects, tasks, processes, and programs.
• Analyzes internal and external data to determine effectiveness of projects and procedures.
• Supports/Leads NAD projects and prepares recommendations on resources to meet milestones.
• Develops innovative solutions and presents recommendations to leadership for improving operations.
• Prepares and presents staff studies and products to leadership and executives.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships across management levels and staff offices.
• Communicates effectively to justify, defend, and advise on processes and actions.
